Interactive Online Learning FAQ
1. What is IOL?
IOL stands for Interactive Online Learning, which is TrainerTainment's online learning portal.
2. What is elearning
eLearning is learning done electronically, typically over the internet. Our courses and boot camps are all considered elearning.
3. What is an LMS?
LMS stands for learning management system. It is an internet site that allows uploading of courses and tracks users, scores, completion, etc. Our Interactive Online Learning site is an LMS.
4. Why won't my password work?
Make sure that you are using the password you chose for the IOL site and not TrainerTainment's Main site. They are separate logins so, for your convenience, we recommend that you use the same password for both sites.
5. How do I purchase a course?

6. Can other people use my account?
All learners should have a unique account. This way you can take advantage of the reporting, transcripts, and certificates for every user. Learners should also not use one course to train an entire room. Many of the benefits for elearning exist only when one user alone is making choices.
7. How much time will I have access to my courses?
All courses are priced for one year of access.
8. How can I see the courses if I am the administrator?
In order for the administrator of the courses to be able to actively participate or view all of the courses, he or she will need to administer themselves one of the codes you recieved.
9. How do I reset my password?
When loging into you account, there is a button directly below the password login. Click on this button and enter the email you used to create your account. The site will send you your password that will allow you to log into your account and access your courses.
10. I have been sent an email with a link, how do I use this?
If you have been sent an email from an administrator to access your courses. The email contains a link that will look something like this: http://www.trainertainmentonline.net/AccountLogin.aspx?r=#####
Use this link or copy and paste it in the browser bar if the link will not connect. Using this link, you will be directed to create an account. You MUST create an account first (look to the link on trainertainmentonline.net for specific instructions on how to create an account). Once you have created your account, you will be directly linked to your courses.
11. Where can I find my homework and additional resources?
If you access your elearning files, the additional resources that include your homework can be located below your courses.
